Tasks
Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous. You will get to know different groups of employees and provide independent support in day-to-day operations as well as in the conceptual and strategic areas of various HR products:
- You will gain an insight into all HR-relevant processes of operational HR management, including advising the specialist department and working with the co-determination committees
- You will provide us with significant support in projects and will be actively involved in HR topics from the very first minute
- You will get to know various fields of HR development and our Learning & Development offerings and support their further development
- You will support and shape the communication of our work (intranet, eBase, mailings, etc.)

Requirements
You are at an advanced stage of your studies (at least 3 semesters) in a related subject area and meet the following criteria:
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
- Good communication skills
- Initiative, motivation and creativity
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical thinking skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
