Industrial Support Manager

Job Description:

Summary / ObjectiveIndustrialization Support Manager is responsible for driving New Product Introduction (NPI), industrial validation, and supplier readiness activities across Safran Aircraft Engines U.S. supply base. This role serves as a critical interface between the IH Center of Excellence Design Office, U.S. suppliers, and internal cross functional teams to ensure robust product definitions, manufacturable designs, and smooth industrialization of new and modified parts.The ideal candidate is a technically strong, hands on leader who excels in supplier engagement, problem solving, and cross functional coordination. This position plays a key role in accelerating design changes, improving product quality, and ensuring production readiness for Build to Spec (BTS) components.
