Job Requirements:

At Safran Seats, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment. •Bachelor's degree in related area (Business, Engineering, etc.) or 6 years related experience. •At least five years' experience in production processes, machinery, and equipment related to sheet metal fabrication, plastic forming technology, foam and adhesive/upholstery assembly, welding applications, and/or metalworking technology. •At least 2 years supervisory experience as a supervisor and/or superintendent in similar related work. •Must have experience maintaining a flow schedule of parts through the shop. •Planning experience a plus.Across all team members, we are looking for the following attributes:•Innovative & Curious •Collaborative & Inclusive•Committed to Safety•Trustworthy•Results Focused •Driven to Excellence•Powered by TeamworkThis description outlines the general nature and level of work for this position.
