Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be integral to the end-to-end planning, execution and analysis of events and their integrated spaneting campaigns to help ACS achieve its key business objectives. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Strategy and Planning: Defining event goals and objectives, preparing event proposals and spaneting plans that help us target our key audiences.
• Project Management: Managing the entire event lifecycle from proposal to post-event analysis.
• Budget and Finance Management: Working to allocated event budgets, negotiating prices with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective execution to maximize ROI.
• Briefing design team: Producing creative stands, print materials and event collateral
• Marketing and Promotion: Designing and implementing integrated multi-channel spaneting campaigns (email, social media etc) to drive attendance and engagement.
• Logistics and Coordination: Liaising with venues, suppliers, caterers and internal teams to manage all logistical aspects of the event.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking performance metrics, gathering attendee feedback, and writing reports and actionable insights to help shape future event campaigns.
• Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams worldwide both within spaneting and sales.
• On-site Management: Overseeing the event on the day to ensure smooth execution, troubleshoot problems, and manage on-site staff or volunteers.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Communications or a related field
• 5 + years experience in a mid senior level events and spaneting role
• Willingness to travel for events and work occasional irregular hours (evenings/weekends).
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and make informed decisions.
• Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital spaneting techniques, including email spaneting, social media and the use of CRM and spaneting automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent).
• Creativity and Problem-Solving: The ability to develop innovative event concepts and solutions to unexpected challenges.
