As the Director of Operations, you will oversee and manage all operational aspects of part 91 & part 135 flight operations for Type I, II, & III helicopters. You will be ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with FAA regulations. You will lead a dedicated team, develop and implement strategic plans, optimize operational processes, and foster a culture of excellence within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, managing budgets, bidding contracts, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. A focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining high safety standards is paramount.
