Job Description & Requirements:
As Director of Maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Part 145 Repair Station. Leading with safety as our top priority, youll oversee team leadership, shop schedule management, workflow optimization, work order oversight, client communication, and quality control for a single shop location. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Maintenance, youll implement strategic objectives, operating plans, and policies that ensure both aircraft integrity and fiscal responsibility while maintaining a culture of excellence that aligns with our core values.

.63 cents per mile up to $252.00 Travel Pay on your first check, Plus a $100.00 longevity Monthly bonus!
