What you’ll need to bring with you:
Your Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
A valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License is required
Your Experience:
10+ years in Aircraft Maintenance on various corporate aircraft
Management experience in building and leading world-class aircraft technicians
Working knowledge of Corridor, Cost Accounting Management, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and similar type desktop software applications highly preferred.
Attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral

Physical Requirements
Lift at least 70 lbs.
Routine walking, bending and squatting or sitting
Routing or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands
Basic personal computer operations, especially with Apple and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Work in confined spaces

Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines
High mechanical aptitude
Work with others in a professional manner
Coordinate projects
Team management skills
Problem solve by effectively reading and interpreting maintenance, wiring, and illustrated parts manuals

Salary rate for this position generally ranges between $140,000-$210,000. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. Additional compensation in the form of a shift differential will be provided if the employee is assigned to an alternate shift. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other forms of compensation include a semiannual discretionary bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, paid holidays and vacation time. This position will remain open until 1/27/2025.
