Crew Leader

The Crew Leader reports to the Crew Chief and is assigned to a project on an aircraft, coordinating with 3-7 technicians on the aircraft at any given time. The role involves ordering parts, keeping projects running smoothly, following up on part orders, and handling hazardous waste disposal. The Crew Leader will be in charge of the aircraft during assigned projects and will serve as a backup Crew Chief when necessary. Additionally, the Crew Leader will work closely with the Avionics Lead to coordinate concurrent projects, provide verbal and written project updates to customers, and perform hands-on modifications and repairs.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Work Environment

Most projects last roughly 1-3 weeks unless they involve Avionics installations or engine repairs. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with flexibility for early/late starts and weekends as project demands require. There may be occasional road trips within a 4-hour radius for a few days at a time, though these are infrequent.
