Job Description
As a Configuration Management Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and control of software, hardware, and contract data requirements across an assigned portfolio of work. You will oversee a staff of CM professionals and be responsible for implementation of configuration management plans, processes, and tools to meet BAEs established CM standards and customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Configuration Management practitioner or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of configuration management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in configuration management tools, mid-to-advanced proficiency with Excel, and experience with project management principles and fiscal management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues related to configuration discrepancies.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Configuration Management certifications (e.g., CMMI, CMII, NDIA, CAPM, CMPIC, PMP, ITIL)
Experience with agile methodologies and product development practices
Experience with Production practices for configuration management
Experience with Bids and Proposal, contract negotiations in the areas of configuration management
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ITAR, DoD)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
