Job SummaryThe Change Management Specialist position contributes to promoting the adoption of ongoing change, supporting effective change leadership, analyzing opportunities and challenges to enable informed decision-making, and driving forward the organizational transformation. The incumbent collaborates closely with a team of Change Practitioners to ensure a consistent and positive experience of change for employees and stakeholders throughout the organizations transformation journey.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver change management services for smaller-scale related projects, including, but not limited to, providing coaching, supporting managers with stakeholder mapping, conducting change readiness and impact assessment sessions, co-facilitating workshops, etc.

  • Analyze and summarize findings and provide actionable insights to stakeholders in structured, accessible formats.

  • Support in the preparation and the co-facilitation of lessons learned and retrospective sessions to identify successes and areas for improvement and document actionable insights to enhance future change management practices.

  • Manage the intake process, ensure effective triage, timely client engagement, proper resource alignment and participate in the continuous improvement of the process.

  • Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption progress and areas requiring additional support, and provide regular update status to leadership.

  • Work in collaboration with the Change Blueprint team to develop and nurture a vibrant community of practice focused on change management within and outside the organization.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing activities, forums, and continuous learning workshops among members to encourage collaboration, continuous learning and innovation.

  • Support the design and development of the learning curriculum and deliver engaging offerings and workshops.

  • Research and bring forward best practice and trends that would enhance the maturity of the change practice and organizational change.

Job Requirements

What you bring:

  • Bachelor&39;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management

  • Bilingual proficiency (written and verbal)

  • Proven experience in change management roles, preferably within organizational transformations.

  • Proficiency in change management frameworks and project management tools.

  • Experience in the aviation industry or a similar complex environment.

  • Knowledge of communications and marketing principles to support effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills, including experience in data synthesis, and visualization to derive actionable insights and outcomes.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to understand dependencies from multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training sessions and interactive workshops, including creating engaging materials and leveraging various facilitation tools and methodologies.

Working conditions

  • This position is based at the Ottawa Head Office and classified as a Hybrid position requiring incumbent to be on site a minimum 1 day per week.
