In this pivotal role, you will oversee audits, compliance activities, and special projects while driving process improvements and ensuring timely and compliant responses to Corrective Action Requests. You’ll take charge of managing contract tools and supporting the implementation of new technologies, all while mentoring and guiding a team of contracts professionals. With your expertise, youll influence policies and processes, develop training plans, and provide strategic oversight on Contract Closeout and CAGE/Systems for Award Management administration. What YOU Will Do:
- Organizing, preparing for, and overseeing activities related to audits
- Supporting Corrective Action Requests involving LCC and ensuring compliant and timely responses
- Drafting and developing procedures and engaging in process improvements specific to Mission Systems LCC
- Reviewing and commenting on policies and processes involving Mission Systems LCC
- Developing training plans
- Developing guidance and reference documents
- Overseeing current contract tools, suggesting improvements as necessary, and support implementation of new tools and DT automation activities
- Overseeing contract closeout team
- Overseeing Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) and System for Award Management administration
- Supporting special projects and other compliance related activities
- Providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to Contracts professionals across the organization as needed

- Process Improvement and Innovation: Learn how to drive continuous improvement through process optimization and the implementation of new digital tools and automation, allowing you to be at the forefront of technological advancements in the contracts and compliance field.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Prior experience with USG contract management
- Experience in compliance with FAR and DFARS, TINA and Global Trade requirements, including ITAR
- Prior experience with US Government direct contracts; prime contract subcontracts
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and develop effective relationships based on respect and trust
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence leadership
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in SAP, DT automation and implementing software tools

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
