About You:
The Regional General Manager (RGM) reports to the Director of Airport Services and is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations across multiple airport stations within their region. The Regional GM will oversee day-to-day activities, manage operational and financial performance, and ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting the Director’s strategic goals. As a Regional General Manager, you would oversee the daily operations of multiple airport stations within the region, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while monitoring and managing labor costs through efficient scheduling, accurate timecard reporting, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

Fine Print:
- Evaluate station supply orders to ensure budget compliance and alignment with organizational needs.
- Create and maintain an environment where customers move through stations seamlessly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to Station/General Managers, helping them develop their teams and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new Crewmembers, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., FBOs), monitoring their activities and addressing any issues that arise.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, addressing negative trends and ensuring corrective actions are taken as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in airport operations or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. (essential requirement)
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations or large teams in a high-paced environment. (essential requirement)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. (essential requirement)
- Compliance & Risk Management: Proficiency in managing safety and regulatory compliance, as well as risk assessment and mitigation.
- Ability to travel as needed to support training and quality assurance across various locations. (essential requirement)
