Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of piston powered aircraft and related mechanical systems
Diagnose mechanical discrepancies on piston engines, airframes, landing gear, fuel systems, and flight control systems
Remove, install, and rig aircraft components in accordance with manufacturer manuals and FAA regulations
Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance on piston aircraft, including 50-hour, 100-hour, and progressive inspections
Utilize maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical data to complete work accurately and efficiently
Properly document all maintenance actions, parts used, and corrective actions in aircraft logbooks and records
Conduct functional checks and operational tests to ensure airworthiness prior to return to service
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Perform and approve annual inspections on piston aircraft in accordance with FAA requirements
Review and sign off on major repairs and alterations when authorized
