PDS Tech is hiring for a Senior Fabrications Welder role where you’ll play a crucial role in creating innovative structures and products. Type: Fulltime ; Temp to Direct Hire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $28 - $30 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Do:

Perform High-Quality Welding: Utilize MIG, TIG, STICK, and FLUX core welding techniques to fabricate and assemble structures with precision.
Execute Standard Work: Follow technical plans and maintain accountability for your work’s quality and efficiency.
Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify nonconforming conditions, propose improvements for safety and quality, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain Excellence in 5S Standards: Keep your workspace clean and organized to optimize workflow and safety.
Collaborate & Train: Work independently while also mentoring team members to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup, operate, and troubleshoot tools and equipment efficiently.
Inspect and ensure alignment with technical specifications.
Assist in identifying waste and streamlining workflows.
Perform other duties to support team success as assigned.

What You Bring:

Experience: 5-7 years of welding experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Proficient in reading technical plans, basic computer literacy, math, and measurement tools.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, and stand for long periods. Strong vision abilities, including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
