Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job DescriptionAs a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting various sealant rings for piston aircraft using visual comparators. This role involves ensuring that the final products meet all quality standards before they are shipped. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform visual inspections accurately.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of final products using visual comparators.
- Ensure all products meet quality assurance standards.
- Lift boxes of products weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Work primarily at a bench where you can sit during your shift.
- Use tools such as micrometers, calipers, and blueprints for inspection.
- Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies found during inspections.
Essential Skills- Experience in manufacturing quality control.
- Proficiency in visual inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with tools such as micrometers, calipers, and visual comparators.
- Understanding of blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in aircraft inspection and quality assurance is preferred.
- Knowledge of assembly and production processes.

Work Environment
This position is based in a small manufacturing facility. You will work a 40-hour week, with available shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm. The contract duration is three months. The work environment is supportive and allows you to sit during your shift while performing your inspection duties.
