SUMMARY: Maintenance, repair, and installation of all manufacturing machines. Assisting the cell with preventative maintenance and routine maintenance on machines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION SATEMENT (S)
Record accurate and timely data, including order completions and quantity on daily labor reports, reclaim tickets, reject parts, and daily hours worked.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area. Keep all walkways and aisles free of any debris or clutter. Maintain 5S standards by returning tools to shadow boards. Sweep floor and finishing area as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and/or 2 to 3 years of related machining/maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to affectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
