* A&P License
* 3 years of landing gear, plating, and accessory inspection experience with return to service authority required
* A High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Inspection Authorization (IA) rating
* A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not required
* Use of FAA paperwork and regulations
* Auditing Experience
* Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheets
* Ability to read electrical and structural prints
* Previous log research experience
* Customer service experience Job Duties & Functions
* Supervises and directs personnel assigned to the Quality Department, ensuring proper execution of inspection standards and procedures
* Coordinates with regulatory agencies, including FAA and EASA, to maintain compliance with applicable regulations
* Ensures all inspections are properly performed during in-process and final stages, validating completion prior to return to service
* Maintains inspection records, reports, and forms, ensuring accuracy and proper execution
* Updates and verifies all technical data for inspected, overhauled, or repaired articles, ensuring the latest revisions are in use
* Manages calibration of tools and precision equipment, ensuring compliance with required intervals
* Oversees receiving inspections of incoming materials, supplies, and articles for airworthiness
* Ensures inspection documentation and resources are available and properly utilized by personnel
* Monitors technician documentation, ensuring accurate log entries, sign-offs, and work order completion
* Collaborates with customers to support airworthiness requirements and operational needs
* Communicates effectively in English across verbal and written channels
* Executes additional job-related duties as assigned by management Physical Requirements & Environment
