Join our dynamic MRO team as an Aircraft Mechanic, where you will work on A checks and B checks, perform various inspections, and handle the assembly and disassembly of different aircraft parts. This role includes dropping and reinstalling engines and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform A checks and B checks on aircraft.
• Conduct inspections and ensure aircraft parts are in optimal condition.
• Disassemble and reassemble various aircraft components.
• Drop and reinstall aircraft engines.
• Collaborate with project teams based on past experience.

• Aircraft maintenance
• Heavy maintenance
• Aircraft maintenance repair
• Aircraft Mechanic License - M2
• ACA certification on Dash 8, Q400, or CL
• 5+ years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic or AME
• MRO experience
• Must have own tools

• Experience in aircraft manufacturing and assembly
• Knowledge of human factors procedures
• Proficient in plan reading
• Experience with aircraft and aircraft manufacturing

Work Environment

The shift is Monday-Saturday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for 12-hour days. The team size ranges from 4-8 people, with the facility housing about 100 individuals and looking to grow. Expect a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Pay rate $50-$55/hr based on license and experience
