About the RoleWe are hiring A&P Mechanics to perform line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 aircraft—both passenger and cargo—at an outdoor line station in Anchorage. This role is a fantastic foot in the door for A&P graduates looking to launch their aviation career while gaining exposure to heavy Boeing platforms.
You’ll work as part of a team of 3–4 mechanics under a lead, responding to maintenance calls, replacing components, working aircraft interior issues, performing servicing, and signing off airworthiness.
This position is ideal for anyone who wants to grow into airline maintenance roles while enjoying an outdoor, adventure‑oriented lifestyle in one of the most scenic areas of the country.
Key Responsibilities- Perform line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 aircraft
- Respond promptly to incoming customer maintenance calls
- Troubleshoot issues and replace interior parts, fluids, and components
- Sign off airworthiness after completing maintenance
- Work collaboratively with a small team under a lead mechanic
- Complete work outdoors, including occasional tasks at height (e.g., tail inspections)
Required Skills- Valid A&P License
- 0–2+ years of experience (A&P school experience accepted)
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform component repairs
- Familiarity with Boeing 747/767/777 maintenance (preferred but not required)

Additional Notes- Must be comfortable with heights, as occasional high‑elevation tail inspections occur on 747 and 767 aircraft.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $77000.00 - $98000.00/yr.
Benefits: The current, standard company health, life, disability, and dental insurance coverage are generally supplied per company policy.
Eligibility for other benefits, including the 401 (k) plan, generally takes place per company policy. Employee contribution to payment for benefits plans is determined annually.
Eligibility for health benefits is on the 1st of the month following sixty (60) days of employment.
