We are seeking skilled A&P Mechanics with 1-3 years of experience to support aircraft maintenance operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role is responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on aircraft and aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented maintenance operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot aircraft systems and identify mechanical discrepancies
Remove, install, repair, and replace aircraft components and assemblies
Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and work instructions
Properly document maintenance actions and complete work orders accurately
Perform operational and functional checks on aircraft systems
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within quality standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas while following all safety procedures
Communicate maintenance findings and repair status with leadership and team members
Support aircraft inspections and assist inspectors as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
Minimum 1-3 years of aircraft maintenance experience required
Previous experience in an MRO, heavy maintenance, modification, or manufacturing environment preferred
Basic knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and maintenance procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Basic computer skills required
Must have own tools or ability to obtain required tools
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed
Must be able to pass applicable background checks and drug screening
