Job Title: A&P Mechanic Job Description
As an A&P Mechanic, you will perform line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 passenger and cargo aircraft in an outdoor line station environment. You will respond to customer maintenance calls, repair and replace interior parts, fluids, and components as needed, and sign off on airworthiness. You will work in teams of 3-4 mechanics per lead to support high flight volumes for multiple airlines. This position is located in Anchorage, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Perform line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 aircraft.
- Respond to customer maintenance calls.
- Repair and replace interior parts, fluids, and components as needed.
- Sign off on aircraft airworthiness.
- Work in teams of 3-4 mechanics to support high flight volumes.
Essential Skills- A&P license.
- Minimum of 6 months of industry maintenance experience.
- 4+ years of recent experience on Boeing 747, 767, or 777 aircraft preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- General Familiarization training on 747-400, 747-8, or 767 preferred.
- Must own basic tools.

Work Environment
The work environment involves 4-hour shifts with three available shifts: 6am - 4pm, 12pm - 10pm, and 9pm - 7am. Most maintenance occurs during the 12pm - 4pm timeframe, hence the shift overlap. New hires typically train on the morning or afternoon shift to gain the most maintenance exposure. All line maintenance is performed outside, sometimes at significant heights when repairing the tail.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $63.00/hr.
