Description:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Beechcraft 1900, Beechcraft 99, EMB 120, Metroliner, King Airs - GA aircraft modified for cargo operations. This role is a split shift supporting the morning and evening flights, rarely work a full 8 hour day but will still be paid for one. Occasional AOG travel, minimal
- Overall, a combination of flightline "keep it flying" maintenance and scheduled checks. Variety of tasks, everyone does a bit of everything: Engines, avionics, airframe, flight controls, etc. Supporting a legacy fleet that needs a lot of maintenance to keep flying, a lot of different projects and will learn a lot of different. things. Will gain experience on PT6 engines which translates to many other types of aircraft.
- Split shift for a morning and evening arrival/departure, 40+ hours/week but will likely actually work far fewer hours. If there are no maintenance issues to attend, the morning 0530 and evening 1700 reporting time may only require an hour or two of time. If there are maintenance issues or AOG situation, will need to stay.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- A&P license required
- 2+ years of aviation maintenance experience required
- Preferred: GA experience
