What YOU will do:
As the Material Control Stores, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and responsible for attending and sometimes managing Status Meetings and maintaining Status Reports for assigned Aircraft. Assisting Customer’s with shipping parts into and out of VT SAA, to support Aircraft Maintenance. Work with Production and Buyer’s to make sure correct parts are purchased and received in a timely manner. In this role we offer two different shifts 6am-3:30pm or 3:30pm- 12:30am both schedules are Monday to Friday.
- Heavy Data Entry alpha and numeric
- Assist Data Entry/Analyst with questions on requisitions such as:
- Verifying part number (s) being ordered is effective for aircraft.
- Verifying job number on requisition is correct.
- Verifying each requisition has a Non-routine, Routine, Engineering Authorization, Customer Task Card or equivalent attached.
- Entering new part numbers in the Master Part Number File under the correct p/n and help clean up any discrepancies found in Master Parts file.
- Assist typing Outside Service Requisitions for Fab Travelers and taking paperwork to Receiving.
What YOU need:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office with a moderate degree of experience in Microsoft Excel.
- 1 year of college or equivalent.
- SAP & Aircraft knowledge is a plus
