Position Summary
Oversees and coordinates the production activities within the 70 Dragon Court manufacturing location.
Responsibilities
Manage the movement of materials from receiving dock to appropriate storage location
Review expense item stocking levels and reorder, when necessary, work closely with Production Scheduling to ensure parts are run in accordance with plan
Deliver material and tools to/from production areas in accordance with production plans
Maintain purchased kanbans including, weekly audits and monthly resets based on input from planners
Maintain inventory on finished goods. I.E Perform cycle counts on a weekly basis and investigate any inventory variances to keep quantities accurate and to keep shipments on time. Report inventory discrepancies to management.
Maintain tooling databases and ensure FOD checks are completed as scheduled.
Perform MSSv transactions as required.
Package and label all compounds products prior to shipment
Provide back up support to team Shipper/Receivers or other duties as assigned.
Ensure compliance of all Company Policies, Safety, 5S and Training Procedures.
Qualifications
- Must possess High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must be a US Citizen or have US Permanent Resident Status.
- Minimum 6+ years of shipping/receiving, material handling or manufacturing experience required
- Must be certified in DOT and IATA training or willing to complete training within 6 months of hire date.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions and decimals.
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Windows required.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate internal and external customers including participating in outside services and meetings.
Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $27.5/hr to $44.5/hr
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
