Responsibilities
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule.
- Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates and needed changes due to material shortages; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
- Daily meetings to maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production schedules/demands, validate from Supply Chain component part shipment details to mitigate interruptions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred not required. Industry experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Hire level determined by related experience
