Summary:
Ensures all purchase order requirements are met, including document coordination, inspections, and on-time delivery.
Expedite documents and drawings from vendors, contractors, and Engineering.
Provide updates in project meetings and ensure timely submittals for Engineer review.
Escalate supplier/contractor documentation issues to Procurement and Program Teams.
Maintain proactive approaches to prevent delays and meet delivery dates.
Keep stakeholders updated on document submittal statuses.
Ensure accuracy in work and support document expediting for Procurement and Program Teams.
Review inspection reports and assess supplier/contractor delivery schedules.
Ensure up-to-date information is relayed to the team and project schedule.
Develop material management and control procedures.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree required.
Minimum 2 years in expediting within manufacturing.
ERP experience required; Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Excellent communication with all stakeholders.
Aerospace experience preferred.
Open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders.
