Job Title: Composite TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician with at least 1 year of experience working with composite materials and hand tools. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, maintain stable performance under pressure, handle stress, and meet deadlines. This position requires the ability to read and write, understand and follow safety procedures, and the physical capability to lift and manipulate heavy objects. Knowledge of paint prepping and priming methods is also essential.
Responsibilities
- Tear down, clean, repair, assemble, and closeout components.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the assigned lead regarding schedules, priorities, and availability of parts, supplies, and tools.
Essential Skills- Experience with composite materials, including fiberglass, carbon fiber, and Kevlar.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring tools.
- Ability to follow directions accurately.
- Experience with paint prepping and priming methods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience measuring out curing chemicals is a plus.
Work Environment
This job involves moderate physical activity, requiring the handling of objects up to 70 lbs and standing and/or walking for more than 4 hours per day. The work environment includes minimal exposure to physical risks, such as operating dangerous equipment or working with chemicals. There is moderate exposure to dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and loud noises.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stockton, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
