We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a customer-oriented, negotiation-savvy, and team-oriented individual who understands how to increase, develop, and retain the existing customer base, primarily through remote communication (videoconferences), to ensure continuous follow-up and ongoing evaluation of customer needs and requirements.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or a related field.
- English level B1 (preferred)
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in air cargo sales, shipping logistics, or customer service within the airline or freight forwarding industry.
Skills to succeed:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- IATA certification (preferred).
- Experience using Salesforce or another sales CRM (preferred).
