Position Summary
Are you ready for take-off? As Specialist Analysis & Reporting you have your seat in the cockpit of the organization, taking a leading role during month end closing activities, managing the financial reporting, planning and cash flow management. In this role you provide operational and financial information to the local Finance and Management Team and collaborate closely with site operations. You are the go-to person when it comes to facts and figures supporting the local Finance and Management team in their decision-making. Your mission
- Drive reporting: Prepare and develop periodic financial reports
- Analyze & Advise: Provide insights and analysis to guide management decisions
- Month-end closing: play a key role in the month-end closing process, ensuring smooth financial reporting
- SAP: maintain and monitor overhead allocations to ensure accurate cost rates in SAP
- Cost management: develop and maintain cost center reporting
- CAPEX oversight: Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) administration and ensure proper tracking
- Budgeting: Prepare and review financial budgeting
- Manage FX risk: monitor financial FX risk (hedging of future inflows and outflows, FX exposure report, active support hedge accounting)
- Audit support: assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Create policies: develop and maintain various policies & procedures

Your profile
- University degree in Finance/Controlling/Accounting or similar
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite; Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with SAP/SAP BW/Power BI
- Ability to develop complex financial models
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships and influence key decisions
- Driven and results-focused, with a strong sense of ownership, business acumen, and strategic, analytical mindset
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, with customer-centric approach and a strong talent for navigating fast-paced environments
