As Lead Finance Specialist - Manufacturing Operations you will be primarily responsible to support optimal plant performance overseeing cost controlling activities, productivity performances, fulfillment trends, cost of quality and cash consumption.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Execute manufacturing finance activities which includes: support planning, pacing, closing activities, cost accounting, inventory controls (Revaluation, standards, variances, etc.), COGS booking, functional costs analysis, cost productivity, P&E, etc.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Finance and a complete understanding of how Supply Chain metrics impact P&L and Balance Sheet
Explain complex information to others teams in straightforward way
Monitoring key KPIs like aged WIP, quarantine, scraps, purchased services and project costs
Support all Physical Inventory activities
Leverage technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. Use multiple internal sources outside of own team to support the operations team in arriving to decisions
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration/Finance or related field
Previous experience in Finance Manufacturing is a plus
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Fluent in English and Italian
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
