At dnata Travel Group Contact Centres, we are proud to support our customers as a leading, award-winning travel services provider. We deliver expertise in all aspects of the travel industry — from online travel agencies, local agencies, and global travel consolidators to corporate travel, destination management companies (DMCs), and airline representation services.
As Head of Finance, you will lead and shape financial strategy, governance, and performance across dnata’s multi-spanet operations, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and effective risk management to safeguard the organization’s financial integrity. You will partner closely with senior leadership, deliver strategic insights and commercial guidance to influence key decisions, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable business growth in a complex, fast-paced international environment.
This role is based in Bengaluru.
In this role, you will
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modelling to support strategic and operational decisions
- Optimise financial performance and working capital, including cash flow, funding, billing, and receivables
- Strengthen governance, internal controls, and compliance to ensure robust risk management and protect shareholder value
- Oversee statutory, regulatory, audit, and group reporting with timely, accurate delivery and strong external relationships
- Evaluate capital expenditure and strategic investments to maximise financial and operational returns
- Partner with senior leadership on commercial initiatives, including proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract governance
- Drive process improvement and technology adoption to enhance efficiency and support “one dnata” finance initiatives
- Lead and develop the finance function, building capability, succession, and effective Executive and Board representation
QualificationTo be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field, with 8+ years in senior finance leadership across multiple spanets
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and global statutory reporting
- Deep expertise in governance, risk, compliance, and internal controls
- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic modelling, including audits and regulatory engagement
- Strong commercial finance capability, including capex evaluation, investment analysis, and business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experience driving process improvement, automation, and finance technology adoption
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
- Strategic, collaborative, and resilient, with sound judgement and integrity in a global environment
