The FI Partnerships Analyst will support the FI Aeroplan products (primarily cobranded credit cards), which includes delivering the best credit card experience and innovating by way of new benefits and features.

The successful incumbent will help develop the customer experience strategy across all Aeroplan cobrand portfolios and will work with internal and external stakeholders towards improving performance and reliability of existing operational systems and support the delivery of new partnerships and benefits.  

Responsibilities:

    Ongoing management of the Aeroplan cobrand card benefit through key features, such as card linking, delivery of travel benefits and new partner benefits.Work collaboratively with eCommerce, Technology, Marketing and Partnership teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to identify and fix system related defects.Collaborate with partners and internal customer care professionals to investigate and resolve inquires and escalations from members on partnerships.Oversee partner inboxes and manage inquiries as needed.In collaboration with the Aeroplan Partner Marketing teams, manage the execution of cross-FI spaneting campaigns for engagement, acquisition and retention of cobrand cardholders.Support the operations of the Air Canada Gift Card portfolio, ensuring reliability, controls, and commercial performance.Manage the implementation of new or enhanced operational processes related to the management of the cobrand portfolio.Make project recommendations based on business casing and sensitivity models to internal and external stakeholders.Establish and cultivate a trusting and cohesive relationships with partners at senior leadership and management levels.
Qualifications

    University or college degree, preferably in business or spaneting.Minimum 1-3 years of account management related experience.Financial acumen, sizing business opportunities, Excel, PowerPoint and Thinkcell skills Experience within Financial Services (Credit Cards) / Travel preferred.Proven experience working across different stakeholders from multiple disciplines, building and working with large cross-functional teams.Good problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail.Strong interpersonal, organizational skills.Demonstrated effective communication skills that include internal communication of client opportunities, issues, escalations and external communication.Passion for delivery of the best in class customer experience.Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual English / French an asset.
