Key Responsibilities:

• participate in month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• prepare detailed financial reports, analyses, and accounting documentation.

• reconcile accounts and manage accounting entries, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

• oversee the reclassification of Accounts Receivable credit balances.

• develop and analyze monthly audit reports related to payment terms, credit limits, and system blocks.

• generate regular reports on customer payments, credit limit breaches, and disputed invoices, providing insights for decision-making.

• support both internal and external audit processes, offering solutions to discrepancies identified during reviews.

• contribute to the annual financial review of customer credit limits, aligning with business goals.

• manage and maintain accurate customer Master Data to ensure process efficiency.

• provide support in factoring processes to optimize working capital management.

• continuously enhance financial processes to meet high standards of customer satisfaction.

• handle ad hoc tasks related to Financial Risk Management.

Qualifications:

• minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or a related field.

• bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis methodologies.

• proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• fluent English communication skills (B2 level or above).

• strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• knowledge of SAP systems.

• interest in learning Power BI and VBA for data automation and reporting.

• familiarity with ARMS and HFM/One Stream is a plus.
