Systems Engineer
Orlando, FL
Contract Position
Join a facility renowned for its missile systems and fire control projects, delivering some of the most advanced weapons systems in the world. Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, and risk analyses for total systems solutions.
- Perform comprehensive system-level analysis, including design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
- Convert customer or product requirements into logical, cost-effective total system solutions while addressing technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Execute functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, and interface definition to translate requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Focus on modeling and simulation of missile systems.
Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance required.
- 5+ years of experience (no more than 15 years).
- Proficiency in C++ programming related to modeling and simulation applications.
- Experience with Linux environments and C++ programming.
- Desired skills: Python, MATLAB, Bash scripting, and knowledge of Guidance, Navigation, and Controls disciplines.
