Job Description SummaryAs a Turbomachinery Aero & Aeromechanics Engineer, they will primarily focus on maturing high-fidelity (LES) flow simulation process for turbomachinery components like high pressure turbines, turbine vane frames, low pressure turbines, turbine rear frame, fan blades, compressors, inlets and exhaust nozzles, impacting current and future engine programs. In this role it is expected to develop standardized simulation methodologies by collaborating with other team members and global design teams; learn the current aero & aeromechanical design processes and apply them to estimate performance of a component and utilize physics understanding to drive design changes, assess aerodynamics and aeromechanics related risks like performance short fall, flutter, forced response and devise testing strategies to validate the simulation methodologies.Job Description
