* Guides one or more Agile teams through operational baseline update activities
* Facilitates Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
* Promotes Agile principles and best practices throughout the organization
* Collaborates with Product Owners to maintain prioritized and groomed backlogs
* Communicates project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
* Tracks team performance metrics and supports continuous improvement initiatives
* Identifies impediments affecting team progress and drives resolution efforts
* Maintains transparency through burndown charts, dashboards, and related reporting tools
* Ensures compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols Physical Requirements & Environment
