As a Senior Principal FPGA Design Engineer, you will:- Work with cross-functional teams in developing the latest capabilities to enhance our Integrated Communication Solutions product line
- Enhance your FPGA technical proficiencies through challenging projects and nurture your career development
- Provide technical leadership to a team of FPGA engineers; plan, execute, and manage FPGA development on a project
- Mentor junior FPGA engineers and provide guidance through the early parts of their career
- Provide estimates and work breakdowns of proposed future efforts, and offer feedback to management on improvements to design process, implementation, and algorithm development
