We have an excellent temporary opportunity for a Quality Engineer I (QE) to join the team at our Nashua Material Consolidation Point Facility in Nashua, New Hampshire.
What You Will Do
- Inspect procured materials for various Land & Air Defense System programs for count and condition, compliance to purchase order quality requirements as well as Raytheon drawings, specification, and accuracy of incoming documentation.
- Identify Non-Conforming Material at inspection for proper disposition.
- Inspect material following an inspection checklist with specific requirements
- Disposition material using SAP PRISM and Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS)
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tool suite (Basic usage of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience using inspection instruments (e.g. microscope, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, measuring devices etc).
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Interpretation of blueprint and assembly drawings.
- Experience in working in a Quality or Inspection role.
- Excellent attention to detail
