Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for a group of Engine Hardware for:
Ensure Work Instructions(routers), updated with required quality and standards.
Act supporting shop concerns on the Repair and Assembly process.
Join LEAN events seeking opportunities in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost projects.
Apply engineering solution to solve Quality issues and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Fluent in English and Portuguese
MS Office package advanced knowledge (Excel and Power Point)
Basic knowledge of Aerospace Materials, technical drawing, and Engine Manuals
Knowledge in Aerospace industry and Manufacturing Process.
Availability to work in different shifts to support shop production cadence.
Previous experience in component repair.
Desired Characteristics
Post graduation in manufacturing and or related to Process.
Organized, with focus on your responsibilities.
Interest for Aviation and MRO
Good Relationship to work as a team member.
Basic knowledge of GD&T.
Interest for LEAN applied in MRO and service.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
