Harness Integration & DMU Validation Engineer

Job Description:

•Perform digital mock-up (DMU) validation of electrical harness installations within aircraft structures.•Verify 3D routing feasibility, clearances, bend radii, clipping, and compliance with design rules.•Detect and resolve clashes between harnesses and structure, systems, and equipment in coordination with design teams.•Ensure conformity with installation standards and program requirements defined by Airbus.•Support design reviews (DRP) by reporting non-conformities and proposing optimized routing solutions.•Validate harness integration in CATIA V5/V6 and ensure consistency between 2D drawings and 3D models (F3D).•Track and close design queries (DQN/RDR) in SAP (T100) until final acceptance.•Contribute to on-time delivery of DMU maturity milestones (ESI Conf2/Conf3).

Job Requirements:

•Familiar with V92X Checks-harness installation/equipment's installation/924 Parts of A350XWB and A350F as per SIDP92 & SIDP20 requirement.•Hands on experience in TRS/MP, DQN/RDR & FUID analysis.•Responsible for 928/929, V92X 3D & F3D & V924 3D and 2D check•IQC for V92X & V924 Deliverables. •Accountable for OTD, FTR and QR/QC of offshore deliveries.•Accountable for Check deliverables, FTR and Quality KPI of work package.•Planning and schedule of Deliverables and FC for the Inputs•Responsible for Onsite Offshore co-ordination for the regular technical updates and clarification.•Collaborating with cross-functional teams for high quality deliverables.•Responsible for Synchro & Prepa Activities.•Good knowledge of Project Management methodology•Professional communication skills, able to oversee the relevant stakeholder of the project and satisfy essential information•Fluent in English•Pro-activeness and Flexibility are a must•Ability to act and contribute as a team-player
