What are your contributions to the team?

Customer Support Engineer (CSE) 

•    Modification Kit and Sustaining Spares Engineering (all Learjet models)
•    GSE Development (Ground Support Equipment) (all Learjet models) 
•    Spares Support Engineering
•    Vendor Engineering Configuration Sustaining Approval 
•    Certification of replacement parts and software upgrades, both Type Certificate and Supplemental Type Certificate programs
•    Be a focal for electrical/avionics and associated emerging regulations
•    Assist in resolving Top Customer Issues
•    Some travel may be required
 

How to thrive in this role?
  • University or college degree in a relevant technical field (strong asset), BS in engineering is recommended
  • 7 years experience in aviation production environment is required, 10 years recommended
  • 5 years experience in a customer support engineering environment is recommended
  • Strong technical ability required, with a focus on electrical/avionics
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, able to handle multiple issues effectively
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required
  • Eligible to view and handle ITAR material
  • Proficiency with AutoCad and/or Catia V5
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulatory certification rules (FAA, EASA, TCCA)
  • Must have active Passport
  • Ability to speak Spanish or French (asset)
