What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage change management with a portfolio of suppliers (budgets, schedule and deliverables)
- Contribute to the consolidation, monitor and control of the Program team budgetary envelopes.
- Manage budget governance by establishing and monitoring performance criteria (key performance indicators, variations, risks & opportunities).
- Present your analyzes and recommend your budget strategies to management teams.
- Identify, challenge and manage risks & opportunities by mitigating them with the functional teams.
- Establish budget schedules and guide teams towards defined milestones.
- Maintain efficiently and rigorously a large volume of financial data.
- Work in a multi-functional environment in which you interact with all levels of management and many different teams.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a university degree in business administration, finance, engineering or an equivalent.
- You have a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of pertinent experience.
- You have initiative, are results-oriented and have the desire to contribute success of Bombardier’s program management office.
- You have strong financial management, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- You are an organized, autonomous person and you have leadership skills.
- You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and can influence at different levels of the organization.
- You master MS Office, TEAMS, Excel and Powerpoint with knowledge in database management.
- You have experience using and understanding ERP systems (SAP an asset).
- You are bilingual and demonstrate good communication skills.
