We’re looking for a skilled Wire Harness Box Builder to assemble, route, and install electrical wiring harnesses and components into control boxes, panels, and enclosures. What You’ll Do- Build and assemble wire and cable harnesses using schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Install wiring, connectors, terminals, and electrical components into boxes and enclosures
- Route, bundle, and secure wiring using ties, clamps, and protective sleeves
- Perform wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminations
- Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing
- Inspect harnesses for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company or IPC/WHMA A‑620 standards
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly documentation
- Record build data, test results, and any rework completed
- Communicate issues with engineering, quality, or production leads
- Use hand tools such as cutters, crimpers, wire strippers, torque tools, and soldering irons
- Operate basic test equipment including multimeters and continuity testers
What You BringEssential Skills
- Experience in cable harness assembly, electrical assembly, or similar manufacturing work
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong skills in wire termination, crimping, and soldering
- Excellent manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- IPC/WHMA A‑620 certification
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, industrial controls, or electronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
