Aerotek Is Hiring an Electronics Repair Technician In Exton, PAWe’re hiring an experienced Electronics Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and test electronic circuit boards in a hands‑on, technical environment. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, expert soldering ability, and enjoy precision work, this role offers growth and stability.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot faults on PCBs using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Perform component‑level repairs, replacing ICs, resistors, capacitors, and transistors.
- Use SMT and through‑hole soldering techniques for high‑precision rework.
- Modify and rework circuit cards as needed.
- Test repaired boards using test fixtures and ATE systems.
- Maintain accurate repair logs and document recurring issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical failures.
- Follow ESD and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements- 3–10 years of PCB repair, electronics troubleshooting, or component‑level diagnostics.
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or relevant military electronics training.
- Strong understanding of analog/digital electronics and schematics.
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment.
- Advanced soldering and de‑soldering skills (SMT & through‑hole).
- Ability to read technical documentation and perform detailed inspection work.
Preferred Skills- Experience with board assembly, calibration, or industrial repairs.
- Familiarity with microscopes for precision work.
- Debugging and rework experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
