Avionics Technician

Job Description:
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of avionics systems.
- Build, repair, and terminate wire harnesses with precision.
- Conduct pitot static system checks and repairs.
- Interpret and work from wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Ensure all avionics systems meet safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
- Performing Avionics repairs working on a diverse range of corporate and business aircraft, including models such as Cessna Citation, Gulfstream, Bombardier Challenger, and Embraer Phenom.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of experience as an Avionics Technician working on a diverse range of corporate and business aircraft, including models such as Cessna Citation, Gulfstream, Bombardier Challenger, and Embraer Phenom.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing avionics systems.
- Proficiency in building and repairing wire harnesses.
- Experience with pitot static systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of avionics wiring and termination techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Dayshift 7AM to 5:30PM.
- 4 – day work week, Tuesday through Friday (minimum 40 hours a week).
- A&P License is a plus.
- Tools are required to be etched and shadowed.
- Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship and possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a DOT drug test and a 10-year background check.

38-45
