* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of Commercial MRO experience.
* Experience on Boeing 737, Boeing 767, and/or Airbus aircraft. Preferred Skills
* Airframe License and/or FCC License. Job Duties & Functions
* Perform installations, removals, and component replacements within the estimated time with appropriate supervision.
* Accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, system schematics, drawings, and engineering orders from both customer and company sources.
* Properly utilize and maintain avionics hand tools to perform repairs and installations.
* Accurately document work performed daily using company and customer standard formats, including preparation of routine reports and correspondence.
* Fabricate wire bundles and assemblies per drawings and standard practices, including spaning, bundling, securing, and terminating wires into contacts and connectors.
* Take immediate corrective action regarding unsafe conditions.
* Operate ground support equipment such as power carts and lifts as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to work in hangar and flight line environments.
* Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and working in confined or elevated areas.
* Ability to operate ground support equipment safely.
