• Prior Avionics Experience is required.  Including Installations, Diagnosing, IFR Certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting safety best practices.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve bending, stooping, and lifting heavy equipment.
• Prior Repairman Certificate at a Repair Station a Benefit.
• Some Cross Over between Maintenance/Avionics might be needed while Avionics Department is being built.
