Arapahoe Aero looking for an Avionics Technician
As a general aviation maintenance company located at the Centennial Airport. The company provides a range of services such as inspections, general maintenance, engine changes, and modifications on a wide range of piston and light turbine aircraft. The company is an authorized Service Center for Cessna Aircraft, Cirrus Aircraft, Diamond Aircraft, Mooney Aircraft and Piper. The company is expanding it`s services to include Avionics service and installation. Arapahoe Aero has a long history of providing consistent, reliable, personal, detailed maintenance service.
Avionics Installation Technician Responsibilities:
- Review of wiring diagrams and installation manuals.
- Troubleshooting and repair
- Software updates and service compliance
- Attend various training classes, both internet based or in person as needed.
- Tracking of time on tasks and recording of maintenance performed on company forms.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 Years' relevant experience preferred.
- Drug and Alcohol program
- Technician to provide personal toolbox, common hand tools for personal use.
- Knowledge of smaller aviation airplanes
Pay and Benefits:
- Full time 40 hours per week
- Overtime is available but not required.
- $32.50 to $45.00/hr based on experience level
