What You Will Do

• Ensure work packages for production use are timely distributed prior to each engine induction
• Ensure timely and on-quality shop visit reports delivery to Customer
• Ensure records of engine shop visit are well maintained and readily located for review
• Ensure availability of correct back to birth records in work packages for Continued Airworthiness
• Compile critical data and ensure information accuracy in establishing shop visit report formats for delivery to Customer
• Perform data loading in SQ/GE Doc Track System
• Perform housekeeping on work packages of engines that have completed shop visit
• Assist Section Team Leader in performing export control activities
• Provide support for investigations (internal turnback / customer complaint) by ensuring availability of work packages (on-site / recall from off-site storage of Approved Vendor)
• Support other Technical Records functions as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline with at least 2 year’s of relevant experience
• Able to display Continuous Improvement competencies
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications

Qualifications We Prefer

• Intermediate information system skill level in SAP and Solumina is a plus
• Prior experience in Tech Records role will be advantageous.
