To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Station Resource Analyst in the Planning and Support Department. The analyst role will be responsible for providing general support for Ground Handling operations across varied subjects in addition to special projects as assigned. The primary function of this role is to monitor station resources using existing and newly developed tools with an overall goal to support our leadership teams by providing information that will lead to smarter data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will have advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. This position will report to the Manager, Administration.
Essential Duties:
Collaborate and assist with leadership teams to ensure proper station resource levels are planned
Configure and maintain various operational software products
Identify drivers for disproportionate changes in data outputs
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
Analyze and present data through reports that aid decision making
Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and reporting
Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
Actively participate in our culture of continuous development and innovation by contributing ideas for new features and functionality
Job Qualifications and Competencies:
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated aptitude for independent learning, logical analysis, problem identification, and problem solving
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree or certification
Airline industry experience, including business process and supporting technology
Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
Experience in Microsoft Power Platform or other business intelligence tools
Experience in Microsoft Excel Power Query
Basic programming skills or experience

Starting Rate:
